We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was just what we needed after a long day. The indoor pool was relaxing, and staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable—like offering extra towels right away when we asked.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it was alright for what we got.

i recently stayed here for a family celebration and it exceeded my expectations. the indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and the breakfast offered freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. my previous stays in san marcos were great, but this time it truly felt like a treat.

The hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay. The business center was quite useful in helping me prepare for my meetings, as it was well-equipped and allowed me to work efficiently. Also, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options, including hot items and fresh fruit, which energized my mornings.

Only issue was the check-in process, which was slightly delayed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We spent our days floating down the San Marcos River, which was just minutes away, and the hotel served as a perfect base for our family. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we woke up refreshed for breakfast every day.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger breakfast area would be great for families with children.

However, the stay was marred by several issues, a strong tar smell infiltrated the room, the A/C was poorly functioning, leaving it uncomfortably warm at night, and two of the three room keys failed to work. The bathroom sink was both clogged and leaky, necessitating checkout a day early due to these inconveniences.
